Madrid - Healthy Food Guide

Ah the land of infinite tapas + sangria, Spain. When thinking of the Spanish, there is much to celebrate about their culture and country; focus on family, siestas, warm weather, The Balearic Islands… the list goes one. One of the latter thoughts that comes to mind is healthy food, let alone plant based food! So I was rather surprised when we headed to Madrid this past weekend to discover that there were many veggie friendly spots, not only that but they were particularly good. Very good.

A Week In Paris

Living in Europe has its perks, hopping on a train and travelling through the countryside for 3 hours and arrive in the centre of Paris is most definitely one of them. Earlier this year, we ventured over to Paris for a beautiful few days, exploring, seeing friends, visiting many galleries, shopping and ofcourseneating lots of delicious food. I found there to be somewhat of a Vegan/Vegetarian food revolution going on at the moment and a huge trend towards health culture in general, comparatively to my visit two years previously. European Summer, Formentera

I am a sun chaser. Throughout the colder months in Australia I generally tend to escape the weather and head away in search of some warmer shores. Although, admittedly, Australian winters are something to be envied, it rarely gets below 10c and usually it is sunshine, minimal rain and clear skies throughout. I seem to be the laughing stock when I tell my overseas friends ‘it got to 15c today, freezing!’
